The Body Mind Soul Space invites collaborators to meet people where they are, offering a wide range of practices and perspectives that support exploration across body, mind, and soul. While these modalities and guides offer valuable tools, insight, and support, they are not meant to replace your own inner knowing. This work is an invitation to reconnect with the intelligent body and cultivate self-awareness, remembering that true healing unfolds from the inside out.

We collaborate with practitioners specializing in restorative and functional movement, including yoga, posture-based work, physical therapy–informed practices, and related modalities that support alignment, mobility, and embodied awareness.

Our sauna and cold plunge collaborator, Still House Social, offers contrast-based wellness experiences that support circulation, nervous system regulation, and physical recovery. Alternating heat and cold can help reduce inflammation, boost resilience, and restore balance, inviting both activation and deep rest. True to their name, Still House Social creates space to slow down, reset, and reconnect through intentional warmth, cold, and community.

Group Connection

Group connection facilitators guide shared experiences such as circle work, facilitated group dialogue, archetypal exploration, and themed workshops that support community building and relational awareness. These offerings encourage honest conversation, reflection, and mutual understanding, helping participants navigate relationships with self and others in a supportive, non-therapeutic group setting.

Somatic practitioner specialists guide evidence-informed, body-based practices such as EFT (tapping), somatic shaking, skin brushing, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and lymphatic-focused techniques.
