About the event
Sacred Shadow is an immersive, one-day experience designed to explore the depth of shadow and the light it reveals. Rooted in curiosity, connection, and embodied awareness, this gathering invites you into a thoughtfully held space where education, expression, and personal exploration come together.
Throughout the day, participants can move between a variety of workshops spanning body, mind, and soul. These sessions offer opportunities to engage with topics such as nervous system regulation, shadow work, emotional awareness, and embodied movement practices, all designed to support deeper self-understanding and integration.
In addition to workshops, the Healing Hut offers access to private, one-on-one sessions including modalities such as energy work, bodywork, intuitive readings, and other supportive practices. These sessions create space for more personalized reflection, restoration, and care.
