The Beauty of Sacred Rage

Rage is often seen as an undesirable or "bad" emotion, but like all emotions, rage serves a purpose and is a powerful and beautiful tool when channelled mindfully into expression. In this workshop "The Beauty of Sacred Rage" we will discuss the emotion of rage (the way it feels, its beneficial properties, and its dangers), reflect on the rage that we hold in our bodies, and then channel the emotion of rage into a collective expression of creativity making beauty out of the intensity, order out of the chaos.

Suzy Hawkfire is a healer who works with the consciousness of the body, mind, and spirit to guide participants and clients back to wholeness. Prioritizing a safe and sacred space where participants can delve deeply and be vulnerable, she weaves collective ceremonial spaces with participants that serve as containers of transformation.
