Pricing & Policies

Please read the following information carefully before reserving your space for Aligned & Alive. By paying in full or enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Early Bird Pricing

Early Bird pay-in-full pricing is available through December 31, 2026. Early Bird payment plans are available through December 26, 2026.

Accommodations

Aligned & Alive offers a combination of private and shared accommodations. Options include king suites for single guests or couples, a shared two-queen suite, and a communal room with four individual queen bunks.

Each reservation includes accommodations and the full retreat experience. Pricing varies by room and occupancy.

Payment Plans

Payment plans include four equal monthly payments beginning on the date of registration. The first payment is charged immediately. The remaining three payments will be charged automatically each month to the original payment method.

All balances must be paid in full by March 26, 2027.

For single- occupancy reservations, $350 of the first payment is nonrefundable.

For double or couple- occupancy reservations, $500 of the first payment is nonrefundable.

If a scheduled payment is declined, please update your payment information or contact us within seven days. An unresolved balance may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Pay-in-Full Reservations

For single-occupancy reservations, $350 of the total payment is nonrefundable. For couple-occupancy reservations, $500 of the total payment is nonrefundable.

The remaining amount is subject to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because this is a small retreat with limited accommodations and advance financial commitments, every reservation includes a nonrefundable amount.

If you cancel on or before January 31, 2027, payments made beyond the nonrefundable amount will be returned.

Beginning February 1, 2027, payments are nonrefundable. You may transfer your reservation to another eligible guest through March 26, 2027.

All transfers require approval and must match the original occupancy arrangement.

No refunds or transfers will be available after March 26, 2027.

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

Couple Reservations

Couple pricing includes the full retreat experience and shared accommodations for two guests.

The person completing the reservation is responsible for providing the second guest’s information. Both guests must complete the required intake forms and agree to all retreat policies.

If one guest can no longer attend, please contact us before arranging a replacement.

Shared Accommodations

The Horizon Suite and Earth & Air Nest are shared accommodations.

A single reservation in the Horizon Suite secures one queen bed for one guest. A couple reservation secures one queen bed for two guests. The second queen bed may be occupied by another single guest or couple.

Each Earth & Air reservation secures one queen bunk for one guest. The room may be shared with up to three additional retreat guests.

We will approach room assignments thoughtfully, but specific roommates cannot be guaranteed unless reservations are made together.

Accommodations for the retreat
The complete Aligned & Alive program
Daily Bowspring practice
Therapeutics and partner work
Breathwork and somatic exploration
Guided movement and practice in nature
Time to explore Sedona
Meals included in the retreat itinerary

Your reservation does not include:

Airfare
Travel insurance
Personal purchases or additional meals

What is Not Included

Guest Intake Form

After completing your reservation, you will receive a link to the Aligned & Alive guest intake form. Please complete it as soon as possible.

The form will collect important information about dietary needs, accessibility, emergency contacts, travel plans, and anything else that may help us support your retreat experience.

Please contact us before booking if you have an accessibility need that could affect your accommodation selection.

Changes to the Retreat

The retreat schedule, activities, and outdoor plans may be adjusted when necessary. Changes may be made because of weather, safety, accessibility, or circumstances beyond our control.

If Aligned & Alive is canceled by the organizers, retreat payments will be refunded. We cannot reimburse airfare, transportation, lodging booked outside the retreat, or other travel-related expenses.

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Aligned & Alive Pricing & Policies. You also accept responsibility for completing all required payments and forms by the stated deadlines.
