The Sacred Shadow Team
Sacred Shadow is brought to life by a small, intentional team of collaborators who care deeply about the spaces we create and the people we hold within them.
Each person involved brings their own lived experience, professional background, and unique lens to the work. Together, we share a commitment to building environments that are thoughtful, grounded, and supportive of real exploration.
This isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about presence, care, and creating a container where people feel safe enough to meet themselves honestly.
Katie Ward

Katie Ward is the founder of Body Mind Soul Productions and the visionary behind Sacred Shadow. Her work centers around creating intentional, immersive experiences that invite people into deeper connection with their bodies, their awareness, and themselves.
With a background in functional movement and a passion for embodied education, Katie brings a grounded, real-world approach to spaces that often feel abstract or out of reach.
Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation happens through presence, curiosity, and a willingness to explore both the light and the shadow.
