Workshops

Workshops are focused, collaborative experiences designed to introduce embodied practices, spark curiosity, and offer practical tools for integration. These sessions can range from movement-based exploration to educational and reflective offerings, adaptable to a variety of settings and audiences.

Each workshop is shaped through collaboration, meeting the needs of the space, the community, and the intention of the gathering.

Cosmic Spirals
Reclaiming the Body, Ego
& Intuition

August, 8th   9am-12pm

MaybeItsFate:
1425 Story Ave. Louisville, KY

Join certified Hellenistic astrologer Carly Inman and Bowspring teacher Katie Ward for an Immersive workshop exploring the relationship between astrology, movement, and self awareness.

Through traditional yoga (Sun), Bowspring (Moon), and astrological insight, we'll explore the balance between structure and intuition, learning how the body can become a bridge between the mind, the ego, and our deeper knowing. This experience is designed to be approachable for all levels and invites curiosity, movement, and meaningful connection.

Following the workshop, enjoy a complimentary vegan brunch featuring a granola and non dairy yogurt bar, fresh fruit, and raw vegan cinnamon rolls as we gather in community.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing for movement.
