What is the Sacred Shadow?
This layered experience is held within a curated, trauma-informed container, this experience invites curiosity, reflection, and connection.
Participants flow between workshop spaces, mainstage experiences, and optional one-to-one sessions, following what resonates and shaping a journey that is uniquely their own.
Sacred Shadow also embraces conscious play- inviting movement, expression, and dancing with the shadows as a pathway to greater awareness and balance.



This is a space to honor all parts of self, including the inner child, the seeker, the inquisitive mind, and intuitive knowing.
Participants are encouraged to move in flow, engage with respect, and remain open to new perspectives, experiences, and ways of seeing themselves and others.

A sober space: If you are notably under the influence of any intoxicating substance, you will be asked to leave the property for the safety of youself and for others

A 21+ event: you must be at least 21 to enter the property and will be carded upon entry

A LEAVE NO TRACE event: please collect your trash and dispose of it OFF the property.

Sacred Shadow is designed as a fluid, self-guided experience. Participants are invited to move throughout the day in a way that feels aligned, following curiosity, intuition, and resonance.
Arrival- 10:00 AM
Gates open at 10:00 AM.
Participants arrive, settle into the space, and begin to orient themselves to the environment.
Opening Sound Bath and Welcome Ceremony
We begin the day together with a grounding sound bath and a blessing of the event and space to create a shared arrival and open the container.
Workshops- 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Workshops take place across three immersive spaces—Body, Mind, and Soul.
Participants are free to move between sessions, explore different offerings, or take time to rest and integrate as needed.
One on One Mini Sessions- 11:00 AM - 6PM
Optional one-to-one sessions will be available for purchase throughout the day in the Sanctuary House, offering space for personalized support, reflection, and deeper exploration.
Offerings may include modalities such as bodywork, energy-based practices, and intuitive sessions.

Mainstage Performances- 1:00 PM - 7:00PM
Throughout the day, the community gathers for shared mainstage experiences featuring keynote speakers, slam poetry, a burlesque performance, and a featured experience with Buddha Betty.
These moments are woven into the rhythm of the day, inviting collective witnessing, reflection, and expression.
Masquerade Silent Disco
As the sun sets, the energy shifts into a more playful and immersive evening atmosphere.
A masquerade-inspired silent disco invites movement and expression, while a bonfire offers space for connection and reflection under the night sky.
Closing- 10:00 PM
Gates close at 10:00 PM.
Participants are invited to leave with intention, and their garbage, taking what resonated and integrating the experience in their own way.
Step into the Flow



Come prepared to be present, comfortable, and self-supported throughout the day.
What to Bring

Your ID will be needed, this is a 21+ event

Refillable water bottle (water stations will be available throughout the property)

Trash bags for your personal waste (leave no trace)

Yoga mat, lawn chair and/or blanket seating for workshops and relaxation

Comfortable walking shoes for uneven terrain

Headlamp or flashlight for evening navigation

Bug and tick spray- activities will be threaded throughout the natural environment of the property

Layers for changing weather conditions
Food & Nourishment
You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy a picnic-style experience.
A food truck or group catering option will also be available on-site for purchase.
Expression & Attire
Costumes and creative expression are encouraged.
Please note: full clothing is required at all times in accordance with venue guidelines.

Sacred Shadow is a shared, intentional space. How we show up shapes the experience for everyone.

Honor the space, the land, and each individual within it.
Different perspectives, expressions, and experiences are welcome here.
Consent & Boundaries
This is 21+ event. Consent is required in all interactions.
This includes physical touch, conversations, and emotional engagement.
Ask before engaging, and respect all boundaries—your own and others’.
Self-Responsibility
You are responsible for your own experience, energy, and actions throughout the day.
Engage at your own pace and honor your personal limits.
Leave No Trace
Pack in what you need and pack out everything you bring.
This includes all personal waste.
Let’s leave the land as we found it- or better.
Substance-Free Space
Sacred Shadow is a sober event.
If anyone is visibly intoxicated or under the influence, they will be asked to leave the property.
Shared Spaces
Be mindful of designated quiet areas, including the Sanctuary House.
These spaces are intended for rest, reflection, and integration.
