Doors open to guests from 1–5 PM. Arrival and setup begin at 12 PM. Please have your space ready by 1 PM. Breakdown begins at 5 PM.

Spaces & Fees

Standard vendor spaces are $88 per gathering:

• Loft: Seven conscious maker vendors.

• Solarium: Seven healer vendors.

• Kitchen: Two food or beverage vendors.

Three private bedrooms are available for $100 per room, per gathering. These rooms are reserved for massage, focused energy work, and other individual services that benefit from privacy.

Three volunteer facilitator spots are available in the basement for workshops, presentations, or immersive experiences. There is no participation fee for facilitators. Workshops are included in guest admission. Tips are welcome and encouraged.

Registration & Payment

Please complete the registration intake form to be considered. Payment is due upon acceptance through Venmo, PayPal, or invoice using the details provided in the form. Your space is confirmed once payment is received.

If your preferred date or space is full, you may join the waitlist through the intake form. The form also includes opportunities to express interest in volunteering or facilitating.

Equipment & Setup

Loft and solarium vendors must bring their own 4-foot table. Chairs will be provided.

Private-room practitioners must bring their own massage table or chair, linens, and any supplies or tools needed for their services. All participants are responsible for bringing the equipment needed for their offerings.

Services & Scheduling

Practitioners set their own prices, collect payment directly from clients, and manage their own schedules. Prebookings are welcome.

Each practitioner is responsible for meeting the requirements applicable to their services, including any necessary credentials, licenses, insurance, client consent, and permissions.

Shared-Space Guidelines

Lit candles and incense are not permitted. Please keep voices at a respectful volume, especially near individual sessions and scheduled workshops.

Cancellations & Transfers

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the gathering are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.

With at least seven days’ notice, vendors may choose a one-time transfer of their paid fee to a future Soulful Sunday, subject to availability, instead of a refund.

These policies recognize the investment and commitment made by both participants and organizers.
