I understand that my placement is confirmed only after acceptance and receipt of the applicable participation fee.*

I will bring the equipment and supplies needed for my offering, including any massage table or chair, linens, tools, and display materials. Any equipment provided by the venue must be confirmed in advance.*

I will maintain respectful voice levels in shared spaces. I understand that lit candles and incense are not permitted.*

I am responsible for my own sales, payments, supplies, and cleanup.*

If I offer individual services, I will set my own prices and manage my own schedule, including any advance bookings.*

I am responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to my offering, including any necessary permissions, credentials, insurance, and participant consent.*

If I offer food or drinks, I will clearly list ingredients and highlight allergen information.*

I give Body Mind Soul Productions permission to use the descriptions, photos, and logo I submit to promote my participation in Soulful Sunday.*

I understand that participation fees are nonrefundable for no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the gathering. If I need to cancel, I will contact the organizer as soon as possible.
